A flagship retrofit of the south-side surface car park at commercial area, this cantilever shade system covers 320 parking bays across 4,800 sqm. The single-post cantilever design eliminates obstruction between bays, simplifying vehicle access while maintaining structural integrity under combined wind and uplift loads. The high-density polyethylene knitted fabric blocks 95% of UV radiation, dropping in-cabin temperatures by up to 18°C in peak summer — a measurable improvement for customer experience and vehicle longevity.
