Ajman Academy Play Shade

Project Overview

Six cone-shaped tensile shade modules combine to cover 1,400 sqm of the academy's primary playground. Each module uses fire-retardant, lead-free HDPE knitted fabric certified for child-safe public spaces, with rounded edges and impact-protected anchor points at every base. The modular spacing creates pockets of open sky between cones, maintaining airflow and a sense of openness while delivering continuous shade across the play zones below.
